Technology and Governance Policy Center
focuses on the business process as the language between IT and business management. We discuss how process development can create competitive value for organizations, focusing on standards, policies, infrastructure investments, connectivity and interoperability.
Initial research in process audits, COBIT, business process outsourcing and nearsourcing, and IT investment evaluation tools highlight interest in this area.
