The Constantia Institute is a Brussels-based technology policy think-tank, focusing on innovation and technological advances and their impact on industry and society. Unlike other market analysis firms, we examine trends and governance issues, not product introductions and market shares. Our Research Fellows come from both industry, government and academia, with well-rounded and unique backgrounds.

 

We are steadily building our library of policy briefs and innovation reports for our client base, which includes enterprises, NGOs, goverments and technology vendors. We examine a wide range of innovative topics, including current policy briefs on identity theft and privacy policies.

We also have a collaborating relationship with the Center for Advanced Communications Policy at Georgia Tech.
